AEC is how agents pay for infrastructure without paying for infrastructure. Credits cover tool calls, search queries, and availability lookups. When an agent closes a reservation, the credits it spent on that reservation are fully refunded.

Questions we get asked.

Every partner integrates differently. A loyalty program sending qualified traffic at high convert rates is a different deal than an agent OS doing open ended discovery. Rate is negotiated at signup based on the channel, volume expectations, and margin profile. Most Reservation Partners land in a narrow band, and the rate is fixed for the duration of the contract.
A reservation where the guest checks in, or where the cancellation window closes with the reservation still active. Pre checkin cancellations do not count. Same day no shows count. This mirrors how hotel supply partners recognize revenue.
Yes. The total cost of every tool call made in the session that resulted in a completed reservation is credited back to your pool within 24 hours of reservation confirmation. You can see every credit and refund in your partner dashboard.
Read operations continue at a rate limited tier. Write operations (reservation creation, cancellation) pause until the pool is topped up. We notify you via email and Slack webhook when you hit 25% and 10% of your pool.
Yes, at any time. The usual trigger is white label voice or SMS, at which point we scope a custom MSA and transition the account to a named integration engineer. Your existing eSign contract terminates at the new MSA start date.
Unused AEC credits stay in your account. You can resume any time. If you want a refund to your original payment method, contact us and we will process it within 30 days, net of any completed reservations the credits funded.
The Search tier is effectively the free trial. You can exercise every read path on the MCP against real inventory without signing anything. The $500 AEC pool is the line where commercial activity starts.
You pay a fixed fee per completed reservation the voice AI closes. Search calls, talk time, transcription, and TTS are all on us. If the AI does not close a reservation, you owe nothing. We absorb the compute cost on calls that do not convert. This aligns our incentives with yours: we only make money when you make money.
Two weeks is typical. Week one is integration with your IVR or CCaaS (SIP trunk, call routing, handoff rules) and training data on your property catalog, rates, and policies. Week two is parallel run alongside your existing call center, with us shadowing your top scenarios. Production traffic starts at the end of week two on a scoped percentage of calls.

The same model handles English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, Russian, Polish, Czech, Turkish, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Tagalog, Swahili, Hungarian, Greek, and Romanian. The caller picks a language at any time mid call and the AI follows.
Yes. Our proprietary voice orchestration layer supports all major CCaaS platforms and direct SIP. The voice AI sits as a skill or a queue in your existing setup. Hot transfer to a human agent is built in. We can also stand up new numbers if you want a clean start.
We support full call recording with retention per your jurisdiction and your policy. Two party consent prompts are configurable per market. PII is automatically redacted from transcripts before storage. See the security page for the full data handling posture.
